James A. Bell
Vice President, Property Management

Mr. Bell is responsible for Mack-Cali's property management operations of its six million square-foot portfolio in the Westchester County, New York, and Fairfield County, Connecticut region.

Mr. Bell began his career with the Robert Martin Company, predecessor company to Mack-Cali, in 1993 and served as a Property Manager. He has also held the positions of Director of Property Management and Senior Director of Property Management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Bell was employed with the IBM Corporation where he held facilities management positions.
