First Vice President, Property Management - Central Region
Mr. DeCaro is responsible for the property management of Mack-Cali's assets in Central New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Associated with Mack-Cali Realty Corporation and its predecessor companies, Cali Associates and Cali Realty Corporation, since 1980, Mr. DeCaro has held the positions of Senior Director of Property Management, Senior Property Manager and as a partner focusing on residential and commercial development, construction and property management. Mr. DeCaro also was employed by Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co.
Mr. DeCaro holds a BS degree from the University at Albany in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. A certified public accountant (in New Jersey and New York), he is a member of both the New Jersey and New York State Societies of Certified Public Accountants.
