William L. Mack
William L. Mack has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 1997 and as its Chairman since 2000. Mr. Mack also has served as Chairman of the Company's Executive Committee of the Board of Directors since 1997. Prior to December 1997, Mr. Mack served as President and Senior Managing Partner of The Mack Company, where he pioneered the development of large, class A office properties and helped to increase The Mack Company's portfolio to approximately 20 million square feet. In addition, Mr. Mack is a founder and managing partner of Apollo Real Estate Advisors, L.P., he currently serves as a board member of the Regional Advisory Board of JP Morgan Chase and he is a director of City and Suburban Financial Corporation. Mr. Mack previously served as a member of the boards of directors of The Bear Stearns Companies Inc. from 1997 to 2004, Vail Resorts, Inc. from 1993 to 2004 and Wyndham International, Inc. from 1999 to 2005. Mr. Mack is a Vice Chairman of the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System and Chairman of the Board for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation. He also is Vice Chair of the Board of Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania and serves on the board of overseers of The Wharton School of Business and Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Mack attended The Wharton School and has a B.S. degree in business administration, finance and real estate from New York University.
