Janice H. Torchinsky

Ms. Torchinsky is responsible for all human resource functions within Mack-Cali including employment, employee relations, internal corporate communications, training and compensation and benefits.

Prior to joining Mack-Cali, Ms. Torchinsky held the position of Director of Human Resources for Liz Claiborne, Inc. in North Bergen, NJ, where she developed employee relations policies and programs and directed the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements. Previously, she was Director of Human Resources at Saint Barnabas Healthcare System in Union, NJ.
