	A Winning Season for Mack-Cali Little League Teams

No matter what their win/loss records were--all the Mack-Cali Little League teams had "winning" seasons with lots of fun and friends. Mack-Cali proudly supports youth sports throughout the year, with teams in communities such as Jersey City, Moorestown, Morris Plains, Paramus and Parsippany.

	Falcon hatchlings at 101 Hudson Street!

Check out the new Falcon chicks at 101 Hudson Street in Jersey City with this Falcon Cam! Since 2001 biologists from the New Jersey Division of Fish and Wildlife has chronicled the nesting behavior and activity of Peregrine falcons and their chicks atop this 42-story waterfront office tower.

	22nd Annual Red Bank Jazz & Blues Festival -- Marine Park, Red Bank, New Jersey

Mack-Cali was pleased to sponsor the 22nd Annual Red Bank Jazz & Blues Festival, May 30 - June 1. More than 150,000 people attended the free 3-day event which featured 30 live performances, food, activities, and plenty of family fun.

	50 Main Street Has Curb Appeal

The Westchester chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) has bestowed its "Best of BOMA" Award to Mack-Cali's 50 Main Street at Westchester Financial Center in downtown White Plains, N.Y. The award was presented for "Best Central Business District Curb Appeal" at BOMA's Hall of Honor Awards Dinner in May. This is the third consecutive year 50 Main Street has been honored by BOMA. Congratulations to the property management team!
