Mack-Cali was able to accommodate AAA's requirements with a custom-built, 120,000 square-foot class A office building, slated for completion in late 2006. The three-story property –which AAA has pre-leased for 15 years– is being developed on a 21.6 acre land site owned by Mack-Cali at its Horizon Center Business Park, located just a mile from AAA's current facilities. Moody's Investors Service expanded its space by over 36,000 square feet at Harborside Financial Center Plaza 5 on the Jersey City waterfront. The firm had relocated its offices from lower Manhattan in 2003 and now leases 79,537 square feet at this 34-story class A office tower. Moody's 2005 expansion was the latest of several expansions by tenants at this award-winning building, which was developed by Mack-Cali in 2002. Forest Laboratories, Inc.; Garban Intercapital North America, Inc.; and TradeWeb Group LLC have each leased additional space since moving in.
