Cali Financial Report 1996: 1996 Acquisitions/New Jersey

Cali acquired five New Jersey office buildings, in addition to Harborside Financial Center, which strengthened its presence in some of the state's most prominent submarkets.

103 Carnegie Center - A 96,000 square-foot office building in Princeton, part of the prestigious Carnegie Center office complex. The building is now 92% leased to 23 tenants, and is Cali's fourth purchase in the Princeton/Mercer County market.

222 and 233 Mt. Airy Road - Two suburban office buildings in Basking Ridge, totaling 115,000 square feet. 100% leased by AT&T and Lucent Technologies, these buildings represent Cali's first purchase in the popular I-287 corridor submarket.

Whiteweld Centre - A beautifully designed 230,000 square-foot office building on Tice Boulevard in Woodcliff Lake. The purchase of this 100%-leased building, combined with Cali's 50 Tice Boulevard property, makes Cali the only owner of multi-tenanted Class A office properties in Woodcliff Lake.

One Bridge Plaza - A prestigious 200,000 square-foot office building at the foot of the George Washington Bridge. Cali's first property in Fort Lee and its fifth in Bergen County, the property is 91% leased to 32 tenants.
