- Kemble Plazas I and II, a two-building office complex totaling 862,000 square feet, in Morris Township, NJ. The project was developed by The Mack Company in 1985 and 1986 as a build-to-suit for AT&T;

building in Hawthorne, NY, developed by the Robert Martin Company for IBM in 1990;
- The TRW Building (750 Richfield Street), a 108,000 square-foot secured compartmentalized information facility (SCIF) in Aurora, CO, developed by Pacifica Holding Company for TRW in 1997.
