Mack-Cali and Ironstate Development formed a joint venture to develop Harborside URL (Urban Ready Living) – luxury multi-family rental towers at Harborside Financial Center on the Jersey City Waterfront. Phase one of the project will consist of a 69-story tower with 766 apartment units built on a parking pedestal. The project features a contemporary design, on-site amenities, breathtaking views, and ideal transportation access.
