Mack-Cali has the capacity to develop an additional 5 million square feet of
office space at Harborside Financial Center.
Since 2000, Mack-Cali has developed three office buildings at Harborside Financial Center totaling almost 1.9 million square feet--two of which were build-to-suit projects--plus a joint venture Hyatt Regency hotel. Luxury apartments were also developed at Harborside by another developer.
Land sites are available at Harborside to develop an additional five class A
office towers totaling over five million square feet of space.
