Mack-Cali will lead the future development of the office and hotel components of Meadowlands Xanadu, the redevelopment of the Continental Airlines Arena site in East Rutherford, NJ.
- The 2.5 million family entertainment component —currently under construction and led by Colony Capital— is scheduled to feature the nation's first indoor skiing facility, children's educational venues, movie theaters and fashion shows, fine restaurants and more.
- Almost 1.8 million square feet will be dedicated to new office space. Four 14-story, state-of-the-art buildings are planned. In addition, a full-service luxury hotel will be built at the site.
