Mack-Cali and Ironstate Development formed a joint venture to develop URL® Harborside (Urban Ready Living®) – luxury multi-family rental towers at Harborside on the Jersey City Waterfront. URL® Harborside 1 will consist of a 69-story tower with 763 apartment units built on a parking pedestal. The project features a contemporary design, on-site amenities, breathtaking views, and ideal transportation access.
