While the office leasing markets continue to be challenged we are pleased that we’ve successfully completed transactions totaling over a million square feet and continued to attract and retain high-credit quality tenants during the first quarter.

The first quarter was an active one for Mack-Cali. We continued to execute on our strategy of recycling our capital out of non-core assets to fuel our diversification into multi-family residential.
