Cali Realty Corporation Declares 5.25 Percent Increase in Cash Dividend Effective Third Quarter
CRANFORD, NJ--September 6, 1995--Cali Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust, (NYSE:CLI), today announced a 5.25 percent increase in its cash dividend to $0.425 per share effective for the period July 1, 1995 through September 30, 1995. This is an indicated annual rate of $1.70 per share. (The previous quarterly dividend was $0.4038 per share, an indicated annual rate of $1.615 per share.)
The dividend will be paid on October 20, 1995 to shareholders of record as of October 4, 1995.
Cali Realty Corporation owns and manages approximately 2.73 million square feet of commercial office space and a 327 unit residential property in Northern and Central New Jersey and Southern New York State.
