Cali Realty Corporation Declares First Quarter Cash Dividend
CRANFORD, NJ--March 23, 1995--Cali Realty Corporation, a real estate investment trust (NYSE:CLI), today announced its first quarter cash dividend of $0.4038 per share (an indicated annual rate of $1.615 per share) for the period January 1, 1995 through March 31, 1995. The dividend will be paid on April 21, 1995 to shareholders of record as of April 7, 1995.
Cali Realty Corporation owns and manages approximately 2.45 million square feet of commercial office space and a 327 unit residential property in Northern and Central New Jersey.
