Preferred Parking for Carpoolers
Mack-Cali will offer preferred parking spots for carpoolers at its properties. Ask your property manager for details.
NJDOT Carpoolers
New Jersey carpoolers can receive $100 gas cards through the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). Carpool registration and logs are required, and carpools must be used for 24 days in a two-month period. For more information, log on to:

NJ Transportation Management Associations (TMAs)
New Jersey has eight TMAs–non-profit membership organizations for employers and government agencies–that are sources for various local alternative transportation programs. Log on www.state.nj.us/transportation/commuter/smartmoves/tmaprograms.shtm for more information.
NJ Transit Vanpool Sponsorships
NJ Transit offers financial incentives for vanpooling in areas with limited or no public transportation. Through its partnerships with vanpool providers and local Transportation Management Associations (TMAs), the NJ Transit Vanpool Sponsorship Program will provide $175 per month to newly forming or existing vanpool groups that meet eligibility requirements. NuRide
Nuride is a free online ridesharing community where you can earn rewards for sharing rides. Earn points for each ride you share and redeem them for gift cards, discounts, tickets to shows and attractions, and other rewards. NuRide is currently available in the Tri-State region including Westchester, Rockland and Fairfield counties, as well as Northern NJ and parts of Central NJ.

NY/CT MetroPool
Sponsored by the New York and Connecticut DOTs, MetroPool offers carpooling, vanpooling and other commuter services in counties such as Rockland, Westchester and Fairfield.

Hybrid Tax Credits
