CRANFORD, NJ--December 16, 1998--Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.55 per share (indicating an annual rate of $2.20 per share) for the period October 1, 1998 through December 31, 1998. The dividend will be paid on January 26, 1999, to shareholders of record as of January 6, 1999.
