Mack-Cali Realty Corporation Declares 5.5% Increase in Cash Dividend for Third Quarter 1999

CRANFORD, NJ--September 23, 1999--Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) today announced that the Company has raised its quarterly cash dividend to $0.58 per share, from $0.55 per share, for a 5.5% increase, effective for the quarter ending September 30, 1999. This is an indicated annual rate of $2.32 per share and represents a dividend yield of 8.8% based on the closing price of $26.3125 on September 22, 1999.

The dividend will be paid on October 22, 1999 to shareholders of record as of October 5, 1999.
