Mack-Cali Realty Corporation Declares First Quarter Cash Dividend

CRANFORD, NJ--March 25, 1999--Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a first quarter cash dividend of $0.55 per share (indicating an annual rate of $2.20 per share) for the period January 1, 1999 through March 31, 1999. The dividend will be paid on April 23, 1999 to shareholders of record as of April 6, 1999. Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a fully-integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) providing management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class A real estate portfolio.
