Mack-Cali Leases Over 70,000 Square Feet in Parsippany Building to Three Technology Firms

Cranford, New Jersey—April 25, 2000--Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) today announced it has leased over 70,000 square feet to three technology firms at its 600 Parsippany Road property in Parsippany, New Jersey. The building, a 96,000 square-foot class A office property, is now 100% leased.
Exario Networks, a provider of digital subscriber lines and virtual private networks, leased 34,870 square feet for six years for its headquarters; Sharemax, an Internet business-to-business procurement company, leased 30,707 square feet for five years for its headquarters; and Extensity, an Internet-based efficiency software specialist, leased 5,158 square feet for five years for a satellite office.
Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a fully-integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) providing management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class A real estate portfolio.
