Mack-Cali Renews 75,000 Square-Foot Lease with Electronic Data Systems

CRANFORD, NJ-January 3, 2000--Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) today announced it has entered into a five-year lease renewal with Electronic Data Systems (NYSE:EDS)for approximately 75,000 square feet at Mack-Cali's office property at 250 Johnson Road in Morris Plains, New Jersey.

EDS, which occupies the entire building, is a professional services firm offering management consulting and information solutions.

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a fully-integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) providing management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its class A real estate portfolio.
