Mack-Cali Office Complex Wins BOMA Award

Cranford, New Jersey—October 29, 2002—Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced it has received the 2002 "Best of the Best Award" in the category of Best Business Park Setting for its Westlakes Office Park in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. The award was recently presented by the Philadelphia Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).

Westlakes Office Park consists of four class A office buildings totaling 444,000 square feet set on a 44-acre site. The complex features jogging trails, gardens, spring-fed lakes, on-site cafes, a fitness center, conference facility and full-service banking.
