Mack-Cali Wins BOMA Office Building Award

Cranford, New Jersey—June 11, 2002—Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that it has received the 2002 Office Building of the Year ("TOBY") award for its Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne, New York. The award was recently presented by the Westchester Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) at its Hall of Honor Dinner.

In Mid-Westchester Executive Park, Mack-Cali owns and manages 14 office and office/flex buildings totaling over one million square feet and manages an additional 119,000 square-foot office building.

The TOBY award is based on excellence in office building management, where all facets of a property's operations are evaluated including building maintenance, tenant relations programs, and community involvement. Mid-Westchester Executive Park won the award in the category of low-rise suburban office parks.

Accepting on behalf of Mack-Cali, Mark Durno, vice president of property management for the Westchester region, commented, "This award is an excellent demonstration of Mack-Cali's expertise in owning and managing office buildings and parks, as well as the quality of assets that make up our property portfolio."
