Cranford, New Jersey—February 10, 2004—Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that it has presented its 2003 New Jersey broker awards at a reception held at the Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange, New Jersey.

Honorees included:

  • Edward DaCosta of CB Richard Ellis, Broker of the Year.
  • Cushman & Wakefield, Firm of the Year.
  • CB Richard Ellis, Most Leads by a Firm.
  • Joseph Sarno and William Hartman of Cushman & Wakefield, Largest Office Deal of the Year.
  • Brian Knowles of CB Richard Ellis, Largest Flex Deal of the Year.
  • Jeffrey Heller, Sean Brady, William McCaffrey, Peter Rossi and Andrew Tarvin of Cushman & Wakefield, Most Deals by an Individual or Team.

    Other honorees included David Simon and Stephen Milgrom of Newmark Real Estate of NJ; Aaron Block, A. Mitti Liebersohn, Augustus Field and Edward Duenas of Cushman & Wakefield; J.C. Giordano of The Staubach Company; Michael Burgio of CB Richard Ellis; and Matthew McDonough of Trammell Crow Company.
