Energy Company to Move Headquarters to Mack-Cali Property in Suffern

Edison, New Jersey—May 11, 2007—Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that Econnergy Energy Company, Inc. has signed a lease for 31,092 square feet for its new headquarters location at 400 Rella Boulevard in Suffern, New York. The lease carries a term of approximately seven years.
Econnergy Energy Company, Inc., an independent energy marketer, will be relocating from Spring Valley, New York. 400 Rella Boulevard is a three-story, 180,000 square-foot class A office property that is 100 percent leased.
Leonard T. Miller, Jr. and Marc Graham of Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey represented the tenant. Mack-Cali was represented in-house by Christopher DeLorenzo, vice president of leasing.
