PEARL RIVER, N.Y. (July 26, 2011) — Tenants at Blue Hill Plaza, Glorious Sun Robert Martin, LLC’s class A office complex in Pearl River, N.Y., enjoyed fun in the sun during the building’s Third Annual Tenant Appreciation BBQ on Thursday, July 14.

More than 1,550 tenant employees at Blue Hill Plaza enjoyed catering by on-site food service provider Dartcor Food Services and live music by the band Powderfinger. In addition, “Boulder Bird,” the Rockland Boulders’ official team mascot, made a special appearance.

“The tenant appreciation BBQ was held in recognition of the great companies that occupy space at Blue Hill Plaza and contribute to making this Rockland County’s premier office complex,” stated Timothy M. Jones, managing director/partner of Robert Martin Company. “The tenants of Blue Hill Plaza have created a wonderful work community, which was evident on July 14 as employees socialized and enjoyed the annual event.”

Raffle prizes were donated by Dartcor Food Services, Dykstra Florist, Blue Hill Plaza Fitness Center, Turco Golf, Milano, and Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, and included Yankees and Mets tickets, gift certificates and services, and a round of golf.
