Mack-Cali Realty Corporation Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Edison, New Jersey—September 22, 2015—Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per common share (indicating an annual rate of $0.60 per common share) for the period July 1, 2015 through September 30, 2015. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2015 to shareholders of record as of October 5, 2015.

Mack-Cali Realty Corporation is a fully integrated, self-administered, self-managed real estate investment trust (REIT) providing management, leasing, development, construction and other tenant-related services for its two-platform operations of Waterfront and transit-based office and luxury multi-family.
